Hope all of you are doing fine! My heart is overwhelmed with mixed emotions as I share my happiness of completing 5 years of wedlock cum love life today. We came all the way with support of my family, extended family and IMBB undoubtedly. I once read this line that “once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale” which holds so true for my once meaningless life, now full of meaningful dreams, aspirations considering my strength by my side, my love! It makes me wonder how our lives run parallel to this world full of everincreasing hatred, crimes yet we are saved from those negative vibes; imagine how and for what? The magic touch comes from your soulmate, your lover as there is no stronger strength/blessing than to love and be loved on this earth. We both came all way from one time as strangers to soulmates today and the best is yet to come I believe with all my true heart! Hope the day passes with more promising hopes and plans for our future. Meanwhile, I took small leave from hubby’s side to indulge in my favorite work and let him enjoy my absence for a moment. My Experience with Christian Louboutin – The Noirs Bianca Nail Colour:

As the brand says, the packaging in itself is a masterpiece, collector’s item with a signature long, pointed cap which makes it more than just a traditional nail paint undoubtedly! The brush applicator attached to the slender cap is perfect, neither thick nor thin just apt to paint our nails without feathering around skin.
Coming to my shade “Bianca”, it is a shimmery denim blue which is pretty intense and opaque in finishing. I so love this denim blue on my nails these days as it amplifies my skin tone and make my nails appear bigger. Moreover, I often see that denim blue tends to appear black on my nails but this shade is exceptional; it has perfect proportion of denim hue without looking black blue, not to forget those dazzling blue sparkles which add depth and festive oomph to the whole color.

I am also impressed to see how the runny-consistency nail lacquer comes up way pigmented with an even finish on my nails. However, it does look semi-translucent and streaky upon first swipe which is easily concealed on second stroke. Yes gals, it comes way beyond perfection in just two swipes without the base/top coat. The sleek small brush applicator evenly coats every nook and corner of our nails without transferring onto skin. Impressive! But I must confess that it took me a week to set my hands on its long, slender applicator 😛 Once you get the hold, you can never go wrong then.

The nail paint comes up as a deep, shimmery denim blue in just two coats with a high glossy shine which stays for good 3-4 days; after that I can see slight chipping from the corner of my nails which seriously aches my heart. Oh yes, I know it feels so bad to see your favorite nail paint chipping within a week but then the brand didn’t claim for its longevity other than promising a pampering treat which is indeed in every drop of this lacquer :P. Jokes apart it is really disheartening to see that the nail lacquer can’t survive even one whole week on my nails irrespective of skipping household work considering the price. I think a base coat and top coat might be of use for this issue, but then this was not what I have been longing for since the day I saw these nail paints.

Other than the staying power, I don’t think I have any major concerns with this shade probably because it is a gift from my love :P. I strongly feel that luxury comes parallel to necessity and it is up to us whether we choose luxury or fulfill our needs. If you choose the former than you would probably love this in packaging as well as on your nails especially if you are the gal who wishes to change her nail color every day. I wish I was one of those gals who change their nail paints with dress to make this Bianca my HG shade but sadly I am not the one so I am happy with more promising, long lasting nail paints from OPI etc. That does not mean I will hold my desire to try every shade from this brand. I am anticipating another treat for Valentine’s day 😉

• The consistency of polish is such that it comes up way pigmented with flawless glossy finish in two swipes with streakfree color pay off.
• The glossiness and color stay put for good 3-4 days with or without base/top coat.
• It does not cause any staining on my nails even after weeks of wear time.
• The sleek, slender brush applicator ensures even coating finish to every. nook and corner of nails including most narrow areas of our nails
• It surely stands unique in terms of packaging and shade they offer apart from the finish.
• This product is gluten-free and is free of toluene, formaldehyde, and DBP.

Cons of Christian Louboutin – The Noirs Bianca Nail Colour:

• The packaging seems tricky for travelling.
• It took me a week to work with that long brush.
• The nail paint chips within a week of wear time.
• The hefty price.

Well honestly, I hold no desire to splurge on this treat again unless it comes from hubby or a friend :P. But these small gestures do make you feel special at times and my man for sure knows how to grab that chance even though never on time. 😀
