Miss Claire Easy Liner Plum – 02 Review
Hello IMBB,
Today, I am going to review Miss Claire Easy liner Plum-02.
I bought this beauty when I was looking for some pink eyeliner. Although, this was nowhere near pink, liked this color in swatches and picked it up instantly.
Price:
Rs. 100 – Rs. 150 (Don’t remember exactly).
Expiry:
2 years.
Packaging:
It is a twist-up (retractable) pencil. The packaging matches with the color of the liner.
The name of the shade is engraved on the bottom side of the pencil.
My Take on Miss Claire Easy Liner Plum – 02:
Before IMBB, I was using this as an eyeliner only and I must say it was doing a decent job, but then, I fell in love with lipsticks and started using this as a lip liner. So, this became my first lip liner. I loved it more as a lip liner. It goes with most of my brown lipsticks (I don’t have much but the ones I have it goes with all). The liner is quite pigmented and gives enough color in a single swipe. It glides easily on the lips and stays there for a full day (6-7 hours) with eating and munching.
It doesn’t smudge or smear once set until you rub it hard, though it fades a little at the end of the day. I love this liner to the core.

Pros of Miss Claire Easy Liner Plum – 02:
- Staying power is good, 6-7 hours (better than Maybelline lip liners).
- Texture is creamy enough (faced very little tugging on the lips) and set in matte finish on lips.
- Doesn’t dry out if used as a lip liner only.
- The liner is quite pigmented and just one swipe is enough (no shimmers).
- Goes with most of the beige, brown lipsticks.
- Decent packaging and cap is tight enough that it won’t open on its own, travel friendly.
- No wastage in sharpening as it is a retractable pencil.
- Almost smudge-proof once set (2-3 minutes after application).
- Color of the pencil is same as that of the liner, so it is easy to identify from a bunch of them.
- Pretty inexpensive.
Cons of Miss Claire Easy Liner Plum – 02:
- Color doesn’t do justice to its name (I think it is more of a beige-brown shade).
- Drying if used as a lipstick (must use balm underneath).
- Availability might be an issue.
- Not as creamy as Maybelline lip liners, but it is good.
- No ingredients list mentioned.

Do I Recommend:
Yes, I will definitely recommend this. Although, I may not buy this again as there are so many other liners calling my name, but I liked this one a lot and I am on the verge of finishing my first lip liner :yahoo:.
This is how the liner looked when used as a lipstick. As I was not comfortable carrying such a dark shade, so I topped it with a gloss. Sorry, forgot to take picture.
