Product Description:
The Clarins One Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser with Orange Extract is a spa fresh exfoliating facial cleanser that polishes away makeup, embedded impurities and spent surface cells in one timesaving step to reveal the glowing skin beneath. The biphase scrub both cleanses and exfoliates, gently removing everything that makes the skin look dull, leaving the skin smooth, soft and luminous. The exfoliating scrub leaves skin comfortable and ultimately refreshed. Suitable for all skin types.

My Experience with Clarins One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser:

Clarins One-Step Gentle Exfoliating Cleanser with orange extract comes packaged in a transparent good quality plastic tube, packed inside a cardboard box. This tube has a fixed white and red coloured cap with a flap, which is pretty handy to use.

I picked three products from Clarins skin care range and one of them is this exfoliating cleanser with orange extract. This exfoliating cleanser is very gentle and can be used on daily basis, for cleansing and rejuvenating your skin, be it morning or evening. I exfoliate and cleanse my face with this gentle cleanser every day morning and sometimes in the evenings. It removes all impurities and any makeup residues and cleanses the skin thoroughly. Skin feels fresh and rejuvenated.

It is an orange coloured smooth gel textured cream cleanser with very fine granules. It feels soft and smooth to apply; the granules are hardly felt, but do a good job of cleansing and exfoliating the skin. To get best results, I apply with wet hands on a wet face in circular motions. It is very handy for daily use in summer when the climate is hot and humid and my face skin needs mild exfoliating on daily basis. It has a nice smell, which is not overwhelming.

As for removing makeup it removes light makeup and makeup residues, but does not help much with heavy duty or long lasting water proof makeup; especially near the eye contour area and lips, which needs to be removed with a makeup remover. Does not dry or irritate my dry to combination and sensitive skin and does not cause any breakouts. Skin texture feels smoother and softer. I have tried this product in summer and it has suited me well, I am not sure how it will work on my skin in winters, when my skin tends to be dry. Company claims this product can be used by all skin types and throughout all seasons.
