My Experience with Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser Sensitive Skin:
The cleanser is white in color, very soft and creamy in texture. I take a dime sized amount, spread it onto my face, avoiding the eye area, and rub and wash it off. It feels like I’m applying some cream rather than a face wash on my face. I have mostly used face washes that lather well, like the Himalaya Neem Foaming Face Wash. This Clean and Clear one does not lather and does not really feel like the usual face washes in that context. I suppose it is due to the soap-free formula. At first, I felt a little difficulty to get used to this. It made me feel as if my skin is not getting properly cleansed. But, in reality, my skin was getting cleansed. This cleanser did not make my skin breakout either.
This cleanser has not made my skin feel dry and it feels really gentle on the skin. It has an artificial type smell, though. This is a good face wash, especially for sensitive skin and winter. Moisturising my skin after washing my face is anyway a must for me. I have noticed that it does remove the oils applied to the face. Hence, it cleanses effectively but in a gentle manner. However, I feel that it does not effectively remove waterproof makeup. I mainly use this cleanser just to cleanse my makeup-free face. I use facial wipes to remove my makeup properly. Also, a word of caution, this cleanser should not be used around the eye area.
Pros of Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser Sensitive Skin:
• Simple tube packaging.
• Gentle but effective face cleanser.
• Soft and gentle on the skin.
• Does not make my skin dry.
• Does not break me out.
• Can be used as a daily face wash.
Cons of Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser Sensitive Skin:
• Does not lather.
• Not effective at removing makeup.
• Does not give a squeaky clean feel.
IMBB Rating: 3.5/5
Will I Repurchase Clean and Clear Deep Action Cream Cleanser Sensitive Skin?
I might. I personally am inclined towards lathering face washes, but I might repurchase this one as a daily face wash for winters.
