Clean and Clear Morning Burst Detoxifying Facial Cleanser Review

During the summer months, I always look out for face washes that could provide cooling sensation to my face after being exposed to hot sun or the bad pollution around. I could finally lay my hands on one such product. I have always been angry with the brand Clean and Clear for not launching most of their products in India. So, when I got the chance, I bought as many as I could from the overseas market.

Here I am with my first one from the lot and it belongs to the “Morning Burst” range. I got one for the morning routine and one for the night. Let’s read in depth about this morning goodie.

Directions for Use:

Wet face. As you work cleanser into a gentle lather, the bursting beads gently break to release skin-healthy antioxidants. Gently massage all over face, avoiding eye area. Rinse thoroughly and
pat.

My Experience with Clean and Clear Morning Burst Detoxifying Facial Cleanser:

The words ‘Morning Burst’ and the refreshing look of the bottle intrigued me to pick this one up. Oxygen is really important to keep our skin healthy and glowing. This claims to contain oxygen infusion which may help to detoxify the skin. So, let’s see whether it worked that way.

The cleanser comes in a bright blue refreshing bottle. It comes with a royal blue cap which has a lock system that makes it leak proof. The size is pretty big; so, I wouldn’t call it travel friendly. But, this size for the price is really good. The most convenient thing about this one is the pump packaging. Just a pump and you are ready to go for the day. It gets full marks for the packaging; be it convenience or looks.

The cleanser is a liquid based formula which is almost transparent, but has a metallic sheen to it. It has some burst beads that are white and blue in color and burst when massaged onto the skin.

The fragrance is very fresh and smells like a mixture of scented aqua and cucumber fragrance. The fragrance is good enough to wake you up. The cleanser turns into a creamy lather when massaged on the face and the creaminess, in return, gives hydration to my dull skin. The moment I use this I get a blissful cooling sensation on my face which feels amazing during such bright sunny days! After rinsing, a very fresh bright layer of my skin is revealed. Every-time my skin turns dull, I use this face wash to bring back life to my dull, tired skin.

It cleans the impurities from my face and also sweeps away all the dirt from the clogged pores. Only the nose pores remain unclean because they are pretty stubborn. I am talking about the minor pores and not blackheads here. So, do not expect it to work for blackheads or such. Blackheads are stubborn; so, a cleanser like this might really be a way out and a little harsh scrub might be needed.

I does not give me any itchy or drying sensation. My skin looks all fresh and revived! It does not give any glow, but just helps in getting rid of all the dirt present and to get moisturisation. So, I think it does all it claims and this is a good face wash if you want to make your skin look healthy and fresh, everyday.

• The quantity is huge and only a pump is needed to lather up the face.
• Refreshing fragrance that revives the mood with its scented cucumber, aqua fragrance.
• The beads burst while massaging and hence, provide a cooling sensation to the skin.
• Oxygen infused formula gives a boost of hydration and transforms dull, tired skin into very healthy looking one.
• Cleans up the clogged pores and sweeps away all the impurities from the skin.
• Its refreshing formula wakes you up like a morning alarm.
• Oil-free.
• Detoxifies skin in every possible way, revealing bright, beautiful and soft skin.

Cons of Clean and Clear Morning Burst Detoxifying Facial Cleanser:

• Unavailability in India.
• I think impurities include blackheads, right? It does not clean them from the pores.
• The formula does not contain a lot of natural ingredients; I could see chemicals all around on the list,
• Heavy and sturdy bottle. Hence, not easy to carry.

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Clean and Clear Morning Burst Detoxifying Facial Cleanser?

If I get it somewhere in India, then totally yes!

Go for it if you too are looking for a refreshing cleanser. But, if you need to check certain criteria before getting a face wash like anti-ageing, anti-acne, brightening and whitening, give it a skip!

Conclusion:

Something like this is always needed to wake us up in the mornings or to revive us up after a long tired day in the polluted environment. Hence, I am totally going to love it this summer.
