CLEAN & CLEAR MORNING BURST IN-SHOWER FACIAL – Product review.
All those that are fans of exfoliation…raise your hands! I raise both my hands. Smooth, fresh, clean skin…what’s not to like? I love how my face feels baby soft right after exfoliation. My go-to scrub that I have been using for years together is the beloved St.Ives apricot scrub. It was one of those treasured products when my cousin used to get it for me from the US back when I was in school☺. I still love it, don’t get me wrong. But recently I tried a new product and I am head over heels in love with it. It’s the Clean and Clear Morning Burst In-shower Facial (Wow, that’s quite a mouthful !) If you have access to this product, go get this now. No, I mean RUN to the nearest store. I know I am overdoing it, but I am just so happy and excited with this product.
The image sure does look fancy, doesn’t it? In reality it’s just a plain Jane packaging. But it’s the stuff that matters ☺

My take on the product
I guess by now you should have guessed how much I love the product. Totally digging the idea of in-shower facial thing. I don’t know if the steam really does any magic at all. But I love such unique and innovative products. The product itself is light orangish colored and has a tangy citrusy scent to it. The texture is almost like a cream with tiny exfoliating beads. I take a quarter sized amount and apply it evenly on my face with the tip of my fingers, avoiding the eye area. Within 30 seconds you can feel “chill” feeling. I am sure its the menthol that’s doing the work. While the instructions on the pack advice you to leave it on for a minute I leave it a little while longer purely to enjoy the chill feeling on my face. It kinda wakes me up. ☺After that I wet my fingers and slowly start scrubbing away in circular motions. It’s not abrasive at all as the beads are pretty tiny in size and number of beads per application is not too much. And the face definitely feels a lot smoother and fresh upon washing. My face definitely looks “clean and clear” every time I use this baby…Haha; yeah I am cheesy like that ☺

- Exfoliating beads are not too abrasive. It’s just the right texture.
- Packaging is allright…nothing fancy… Convenient tube form, so it’s hygienic too.
- Leaves face clean, bright and smooth.
- Very very affordable price.
Cons of Clean and Clear In-Shower Facial
Nothing. Nada. Zilch ☺ There is not one thing that I dislike about the product. Can you believe it?
Disclaimer: I have dry skin, hardly get any zits. I don’t know the chemistry of how these things work, what with the steam and all. It just works for me. Period. People with sensitive skin need to exercise caution with the product.
Do yourself a favor and get this NOW. You can thank me later . 🙂
