Clinique India opens 3 New Stores

Clinique, the original dermatologist created brand, is launching the three new Clinique Experience counters in India’s main cities, including the Forum Mall in Kolkata, the Ambience Mall in Delhi and the Shoppers Stop Mall in Mumbai(Andheri). The specially designed counters provide an innovative way of selling skin care, makeup and fragrance that focuses on the interaction between the client and the Clinique Consultant.

At every point of sale, the experience is dedicated to making sure that our Consultants and counters foster the type of consultation and discussion that lead to a better understanding of skin.
Most importantly, the Consultant is also equipped with a new tool that will enable her to provide a comprehensive skin consultation.

In addition to the iconic Clinique Computer, the space is configured around the “Diagnostic Center,” which is equipped with the Clinique Diagnostic Mirror that was originally used in private practice by Dr. Norman Orentreich, Clinique’s original Guiding Dermatologist. The Mirror allowed him to better see his patients’ skin and show the client key concerns such as oiliness, dryness, enlarged pores, lines, discolouration and breakouts. Clinique Consultants have been educated to replicate this in their Consultation to provide a deeper understanding of each client’s unique concerns to provide a custom-fit solution.
