The color is like a love at first sight for me, I have loved rusts for a very long time now, though this one is not matte, I love how it goes, it is creamy and shiny, very much like classic original Lakme lippies we have seen moms use, the finish is that soft shiny kinds.
The color is rusty, I don’t know why it has been named berry. The freeze name also made me think this will be an out and out shimmer or frost shade but it is not, it does not have shimmer but just that healthy shiny lips feel.
The texture is smooth, it glides on well but it is not thick or cakey, it feels very light to wear and has this soft shine to it, you can build it up because I dont like to wear only swipe of these lippies, I need a few more than one swipe otherwise it looks sheer on me, so pigmented lips try it with two swipes. Dry lips would love it a lot as this has light feel at the same time it feels nourishing.
I would say both berry freeze and long last are misplaced, the color lasts for a max of 2 or 3 hours, and it will not survive a meal, and the color does not bleed or flake, it looks and stays comfy.
This makes for a nice shade for office for 25 to 35 age group and onwards, but you will need to touch it up often.
If you are looking for a saturated soft pinky rusty brown in a soft shine finish, then try this one.
