I bought four chubby eye shadow tints from Clinique. Today, I will be reviewing the shade “Whopping Willow,” which depicts my love for the Harry Potter series (Whomping Willow!!!); as well as the beautiful khaki green color of this shadow.
What it is:A super-wearable, sheer, creamy color for stunning eyes.
What it does: This sheer wash of lightweight, creamy color is easy to wear and will make your eyes pop. Simply glide this layerable and long-wearing formula on for a swift tint, contour with another to add depth, and yet another to highlight. Best of all, it never needs sharpening—just swivel up to reveal more of the shadow.

My Experience with Clinique Whopping Willow Chubby Stick Shadow Tint For Eyes:
Packaging: A standard but beautiful Clinique box packaging contains all the details on it. Inside, there is the thick chubby stick, with a plastic body whose color corresponds to the color inside. It has a silver color cap which closes with a click, as well as a silver bottom which can be rotated. The chubby stick is a retractable kind, so there is no need of sharpening and no issue of wastage. The tip is dome shaped, which leads to easy application of the pigment on the upper eyelid.
Shade: The shade is described as a golden sage green. On my eyes, it comes across as a warm-toned khaki green color, with beautiful soft micro-shimmer in it. The micro-shimmer is not very obvious, shows up only on closer inspection.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is quite opaque, more than medium. However, it can be applied from a sheer wash of color and built up to almost full opacity.
Texture: The stick is semi hard in texture, does not crumble on pressure. However, after the first 2-3 applications, it does not quite pull or tug on the eyelids. It can be layered upon and still will build up on the color without cause any creasing. It glides quite smoothly on the lids. It sets very quickly onto the lids, but gives you just enough time for a bit of blending. After setting, it simply does not budge till you actually remove it at the end of the day.
Staying Power: It lasts and lasts and lasts. Without a primer, it lasts around 8-10 days in my lids without creasing or fading. Even if you want to top up during the day, you can easily do that and it will not crumble at all.
