Today, I will be reviewing a Classic Fan Brush from the brand Coastal Scents. Read on to know more.
This is a must have brush for dusting, wiping, and redistributing powder on your face and body. The feather-like, natural bristles allow you to effectively remove fallout from eye shadow or apply a veil for the finishing touch to any look.
Dimensions: Bristles : 2.13″ (5.40 cm), Ferrule : 01.97″ (5.00 cm), Handle : 04.45″ (11.30 cm)
My Experience with Coastal Scents Classic Fan Brush:
The Coastal Scents Classic Fan Brush comes with a long black handle; it has a silver holder at the top to hold the bristles. The brush is sturdy but not too heavy. It gives a perfect control while applying the highlighter onto my skin.
The bristles are made up of natural hair, so they feel soft on the skin. The size of the bristles is big. Also, the bristles are not densely packed. The bristles pick up the product unevenly and provide a very streaky application. The brand says, this brush works perfectly for wiping away the eyeshadow fallouts, which is not true. I hate this brush as it feels like using a broomstick.
The bristles are not in perfect shape. Also, they shed a lot while applying the highlighter onto my skin, which adds up to the disappointment. Every time I wash this brush, the bristles shed a lot and don’t stay in shape. Overall, I regret buying this brush.
