I love eye makeup and have graduated from black to blue. I have used blue eyeliners earlier as well but they were all deep dark blue. These days there is a lot of hype about bright eye makeup. I also wanted to give it a shot and hence this purchase. My recent purchase has been a bright cobalt blue eyeliner, which I totally love and even my kids are curious about it. Now this shade might not be suitable for office but is definitely a fun element for outings or parties, be it day or night. I once wore it to the office and loved seeing everyone’s reaction! So, today’s review is about Collistar Graphic Eye Liner in the shade Valeria Blue.

My Experience with Collistar Graphic Eye Liner Valeria Blue:
The Collistar Graphic Eye Liner range offers three colours and this is one of them. The packaging is very simple but elegant. It comes in a cardboard packaging with full instructions and ingredients list. The product itself is kept to minimal, which makes it look very elegant. The eyeliner comes in a black and gold plastic packaging.
The product looks very expensive from the appearance because of the gold. The top of the cap has the color of the liner. So it’s easy to recognise the colour from the outside if you have more than one color from this range. The eyeliner has a long cap, which is golden, and it’s very convenient to use.
Due to the long length, one can hold it with proper grip and can apply the liner with steady hands. It’s recommended to shake the product before use and one can hear the beads moving when we shake the bottle. The formula is opaque and hence the colour pay off is great. The liner also dries up very quickly.
It has a felt tip applicator, which is very sharp, making it suitable to apply the liner thin or thick, as needed. The tip is semi-rigid, which glides smoothly on the eyes. It does not prick or feel harsh on the lids. The liner is waterproof. It stays put the whole day but can get flaky if you rub your eyes. I tend not to touch my eyes with eye makeup on. So, it’s not a problem for me.
The liner looks excellent on everyone, regardless of the eye and skin color. I have dark brown eyes and I am satisfied with the look. I keep the rest of the makeup to a minimum when I use such bold eyeliners. I would rather wear all black or blue with it. I am totally having fun with this liner and am glad I purchased it.
