I use mascaras every single day. In fact, I cannot step out of the house without using one. So, this review is about Collistar Mascara Infinito Black Waterproof. Let’s see how it fared.

My Experience with Collistar Mascara Infinito Black Waterproof:

The product comes in a textured white packaging, which looks good. There is a little information about the product on the cardboard packaging. The mascara comes in a lovely golden tube, which looks very, very luxurious.

The product is quite high in price and the packaging looks worth the price you pay. The wand has the right length and the bristles are good. The bristles pick up a good amount of the product and there is no need to dip the wand into the casing for more product.

The mascara promises to create infinite volume, length, definition, and color. It definitely delivers the color. The color is rich black and looks glossy. The mascara is waterproof – which not so good for contact lens wearers. I still gave it a try despite being a contact lens wearer.

The product does not irritate or bother my eyes or lenses. But I make sure to remove the lens before removing the product and also I do not go very close to the lashes. The mascara also adds length to the lashes and the change is quite noticeable.

The product does not clump as the bristles are well-made. They kind of comb the lashes and remove the extra product. The lashes look quite natural even after 2 layers. I use just one layer for everyday makeup looks, but for evening outings or parties, I go for two coats. Multiple coats create a little bit of extra volume. The mascara stays put all day and there is no fall out at the end of the day.

Overall, it’s a better than any good mascara. But is it really worth the money and does it work better than L’Oreal Volume Million Lashes Mascara (my favorite till date)? Well, I would rather go for the L’Oreal one as it’s cheaper and the effects are similar.
