An orange lip sounds a little crazy to some ladies. But, to tell you the truth, orange lip color is crazy gorgeous!!! As you all know, I’m obsessed with this color and I don’t see the obsession reducing any time soon. 😉 . And, when I found a new orange lip product in cute packaging, I simply couldn’t control. What more could I have asked for – a cute looking product topped with the fact that the name itself screams out to be an orange lip color. So, let’s talk about Color Bucket Orange Fanta Lip Flash Jam.

My Experience with Color Bucket Orange Fanta Lip Flash Jam:

Color Bucket Lip Flash Jam comes in a cute tiny purple squeeze tube topped with a contrast colored yellow nozzle. The nozzle cap screws down securely making sure no product leaks out, thus making it travel friendly. The nozzle of the tube is tiny- so you can control the amount of product you squeeze out. The nozzle end of the tube has a color coded area- indicating the color of the lip jam, making it easy to find the shade in your makeup stash, in case you have more than one shade. The shade name is mentioned only on the sticker pasted on the tube, so in case you peel out the sticker-there is no other way you would know the shade name.

Orange Fanta is a true orange shade with no shimmer. There are no obvious yellow or red tones, just straight up juicy orange (just like fanta 🙂 ). I think this shade would look awesome on literally every skin tone. It sure is a bright color, but not neon. And, this makes it quite wearable even for work. In case you hate wearing glossy colors, then you can just blot the color with a tissue or just dab a drop of the color on your lips to get a nice stained effect.

The color imparts a glossy finish and gives a fuller and plump appearance to the lips on application. It isn’t moisturizing, but doesn’t dry out the lips either. It doesn’t emphasize the dry areas of the lips, so you can skip a lip balm underneath it. The formula feels very comfortable and light weight on the lips.

As soon as you squeeze out the product from the tube, you will notice that it is on the runny side. It has a liquidy, non-sticky consistency that is easy to apply using both fingers and a lip brush. The runny consistency of this lip jam is prone to bleeding and transferring. But, this shade- Orange Fanta doesn’t transfer or bleed as much as Color Bucket Lip Flash Jam #4 Swing Jam does.

Pigmetation of this product is good, as a little product is enough to cover up the lips. But, you can alter the intensity according to your comfort and mood, and wear it sheer or opaque. If you shy away from wearing bold orange lip products, then you can definitely try this lip jam, as you can alter the intensity of the lip colour depending on your comfort level.

This Lip Jam lasts for 4-5 hours on the lips(that is also better than the shade Swing) and fades away gradually and evenly from the lips. It gets completely washed off after a meal and doesn’t stain the lips. It has a lovely sweet candy smell to it, which is really pleasant and not at all overpowering.

The most interesting part of these Lip Jams is that you can play with colors and create your own unique color. So, if you have varied colors with you, then you can customize your shade each time or you can wear it as itself. Since, this is a non sticky color- you can try to multitask it as a cheek color too.

• Doesn’t last a meal.
• Average lasting power.

Conclusion:

Overall, Color bucket lip jam lip jam in the shade Orange Fanta- is true to its name. A bright and gorgeous orange lip product with absolutely no shimmer. The color is well pigmented and can be worn beautifully as a gloss or as a muted stain depending on your mood.

I am in love with this shade and I find it better than the other shade – Swing. In case you like to customize your own lip color or like to experiment with makeup then you can surely get these lip jams and unleash the artist in you. 😉
