My marriage got me many cosmetic items as gift since people know I am crazily in love with make up and this blush which I shall review today was gifted to me by one of my friends. I had heard a lot about Colorbar blushes and actually wanted to try one but was happy with my ULTA blushes , hence colorbar’s turn never came. Though I wanted cosmic rose but could not do much for the shade selection as this was a gift. I have used it a couple of times, please read on further to find how it fared on me.

Packaging/ Price/ Quantity:
INR 375 for 6gms. There was a time when these blushes used to sell for INR 250 but now thee company has really hiked the prices. It comes in a silver colored round case which has a transparent flip cap. The case has two compartments, the upper one stores the blush and the lower one has a mirror and a brush. I quite like the simple, practical and sturdy packaging which incorporates the blush and the mirror with a transparent flip cap.
My take on the product:
First things first, I am really confused with the spelling” Fucsia”. According to me it should be Fuschia. I was confused and worried if I had received a duplicate product but then the search on the internet revealed that’s how it was actually spelled by the company. Anyways, moving on to the blush. I must add like all Colorbar blushes this falls in the category of a good blush. The colour is not at all like fuschia which is supposedly very bright but a toned down pink colour which has brownish undertones to it. It comes out very pretty on the cheeks, though not highly pigmented but is quite buildable. The staying power is around 3 hours. Since I am very fair, I do not really build it up. I like the subtle pinkish natural glow it gives to my cheeks. Also, it has a matte finish and does not make my cheeks oily, has never broken me out as well. Moving on to the texture, it is quite soft and doesn’t feel patchy. The brush which comes with it is quite okay(ish), can be used for emergencies but it really does not blend the blush properly.
