I was unaware of the power of a blush until IMBB happened to me. Since then there has been no looking back. If I apply compact, I apply blush, it has become so essential in my beauty routine. And then I thought we need only two shades, one pink and one peach, again IMBB came to break my theory.

My Experience with Colorbar Everything’s Rosy Cheekillusion Blush:-

The packaging is cute and smart to begin with. Though the applicator and the mirror are both missing, I think it is okay to skip than to put in a flimsy useless brush. Regarding the mirror, it would have been nice but not an absolute must-have. The outer silver paper carton information about the product. the transparent cap shuts with a click making it travel friendly.

Though there are fine shimmers present in the blush, the texture is super smooth. It blends like dream on the cheeks. The blush is highly pigmented and you would need only a single sweep of brush each time. The color is buildable but this one is so pigmented, I believe less is more with this.

The shade is a muted pink with whole lot of shimmer. Though I always prefer matte blushes for my combination to oily skin, this one is an exception as I love how beautifully it brightens up the face. I keep the application light as the shimmers also increase with the color and I end up looking like a disco ball.

With foundation and primer as base the blush stayed on me for more than 5 hours after which there is minimal fading. On bare skin the blush stays for 4 hours. Rarely I touch up my blush, so a long staying one is always preferred. I quite like this one as this is a pretty pink which is not too bold yet there is a pretty sheen to the shade.
