I needed an eyeliner brush and bought this one. Since it looks quite cute and unique, I thought it’d be a dupe for Inglot 30T Eyeliner Brush, but is it really an awesome brush? Let’s find out.

My Experience with Colorbar Fabline Eyeliner Brush:
I like how Colorbar brushes come with their individual packaging. This brush came with a plastic cover and the bristles also had a protective cap. The brush is black and white in color and its bristles were originally red. The packaging, in my opinion, is quite nice, considering the price.
The brush has a unique angle, which makes it look quite similar to Inglot 30T Eyeliner Brush. I have used the Inglot brush in past and it’s just perfect. Th head of Inglot brush is bent at the perfect angle and it has the right amount of bristles. However, I feel there’s something wrong with the angle of this brush. I have to hold the brush from various angles to create a perfect wing, which defeats the purpose of this bent brush head. The bristles also at times seem a little sparse, especially because they start to splay.
One more problem with these bristles is that they get stained with time. As you can see in the pictures, most of the bristles now look stained. Also, I do not feel the brush picks up the eyeliner well. I was using it with my L’Oreal Paris Super Liner 24 Hour Waterproof Gel Eyeliner and thought it was eyeliner’s fault, but then, I tried it my sister’s brand new Maybelline Eye Studio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner and still the brush could not deliver that perfect finish. Since the bristles are not dense enough the tip becomes quite thin when dipped into an eyeliner. This leads to the uneven and flawed finish.
Overall, it’s an average eyeliner brush. It looks unique but doesn’t really facilitate the application of eyeliner, especially if you wish to create various styles. It might have worked perfectly has it been denser but right now I am not impressed with it. I also thought it’d be beginner friendly but it is not. I had lost my Inglot one when I was getting ready for a wedding but now think will have to repurchase it.
Pros of Colorbar Fabline Eyeliner Brush:

- Looks chic.
- Soft bristles.
- Can draw thin to thick lines.
Cons of Colorbar Fabline Eyeliner Brush:
- Most bristles have got stained.
- Does not pick up eyeliner well.
- Not bent at the perfect angle.
- Not beginner friendly.

This is a nice eyeliner brush but its unique shape doesn’t make it different. If you’re looking for a good eyeliner brush, try Faces Eyeliner Brush.
