My Experience with Colorbar Golden Glam I Glide Eye Pencil:

First of all, I just love the shade. It is just a pop of golden, which is indeed glamorous. It really highlights my eyes. Also, since its formula is smooth and creamy, it is super easy to glide it on the eyelids-pretty effortless task, I would say.

Colorbar Golden Glam I Glide Eye Pencil Review

Colorbar claims that the I Glide Eye Pencils have a long staying power and lasts easily for about 8 hours, and that is actually true. I am really happy with the staying power. You just have to apply it once and need not worry about reapplication, throughout the day. Also, it does not irritate the eyes. Just don’t apply it on your waterline, though. It is really not meant for that.

The two things that I worry about this eye pencil are, first, it breaks easily especially if you apply just a little amount of pressure. This could be because the wax is really soft, but it bothers me sometimes; so, I thought it’s best to mention. The other factor I wanted to talk about is regarding its blending capability. The only time you can actually make it blend somewhat, is right after its application. If you, however, wait for even as much as five minutes, it would not blend. This is both a pro and a con in a way. Pro because, it is really smudge free. Con because you have to be really quick in order to blend it.

As far as I am concerned, I don’t really blend it. I like the bold golden strokes of Golden Glam more. So, yeah, blending doesn’t concern me much. Other thing I absolutely love about this I Glide Pencil is that, the golden shade does not fade off. It keeps its bright mode on even after five hours of its application. 😀

  1. I have jet black from this range but it smudges more on oily lids… price wise n staying power wise I prefer Lakme! Nicely reviewed!
