My Experience with Colorbar Hydra White Intense Whitening Hydrating Toner:
The toner comes in a blue plastic bottle with a silver colored plastic cap. The spray nozzle is something am not too fond of. It could have been of better quality as it doesn’t really spray but it kind of squirts out the product; hence taking the product on a cotton pad is the only way I can use it properly. Details about the product are mentioned on the bottle and on the outer paper carton as well.
The toner is like water; it is lightweight and refreshing. There is a faint cosmetic kind of fragrance to it which does not irritate my sensitive nose. I was travelling with this and it came in handy as it was hydrating my skin while working as a toner. I do not really buy the whitening claims, so I wasn’t expecting any whitening out of it. It definitely refreshes and refines the skin but I have no clue why whitening is still promoted, maybe people “buy” these claims.
I am a total toner junkie and I like trying out new stuff every single time. In the process I have come across so many hits and misses which made me pickier about toners. For this particular toner I have no special feelings, it is just an average toner without great results. But the refreshing feel and lightweight texture are definitely pros of the product, so I will not completely trash it as well. The pricing is on the higher side and hence I would say think twice before buying. I am neutral about it but definitely not repurchasing or recommending at a snap.
Pros of Colorbar Hydra White Intense Whitening Hydrating Toner:
Cons of Colorbar Hydra White Intense Whitening Hydrating Toner:
• Slightly sticky.
• Whitening is a vague claim.
• Spray nozzle could have been better.
IMBB Rating – 3/5

No to both. I have used better stuff at better price, if I go back at all I will get them and not this.
