So this is the hot pink lipstick I spoke about, this is probably the hottest neon fuchsia pink in a matte finish in my collection.I loved this lipstick since day one and it was always out of stock,but perhaps they came back in this new packagin at the counter, and I picked it up instantly, I know it is too hot for me but still I could not resist the thick opaque super matte pigmented finish it has!
The color like you can see is a hot pink no shimmer,it is very pigmented, it feels hard but it has the apt creaminess, it glides well, and it goes on so pigmented and opaque in a swipe,it is unbelievable, I was quite happy to see the pigmentation and the powder matte finish, I fell for it instantly.
The packaging has changed a it in terms of the bullet top, it reminds me of some Oriflame lippy I might have used long back, then the sticker is cute pink but it does not correspond with the shade inside, probably all the stickers are colored pink like so.
The packaging is very nice, it click locks in place and it is like the soft touch and the creme touch lippies we have seen earlier.not all the shades in the matte touch range are matte honestly but most of them are, this one is probably the matte-est in the collection IMO.
Stain
The color last like the whole day, it is thick so dry lips may not like it, plus wear it lightly or else it might look cakey and settle in lip lines. Apart from that, the color texture is so that it helps to shape the lips, the finish is powder matte.FOr me dryness is not a problem but the staining is.
I thought the new formula might not stain but it does, this is so bold so I had half expected it will stain which is the only disappointment I had with this one, apart from this is the best bold pink lipstick around. Which Mac lipstick do you think it looks like?

gorgeous shade but the stain *scared* looks a bit drying as well
I have this one, I got it here, btw, I saw at Pantaloons south city that Colorbar has turned their counter into a mini MAC store, lots of new stuff available, I didn’t buy this from there though, I found another outlet selling all the latest Colorbar stuff at Forum. I know, it reminds me of a MAC lippy, would that be Girl About Town, or I maybe wrong? Just not getting the name!
