This is another stunning pink lip gloss from Colorbar that I was sent. I fell in love with it when I saw it first. This is a unique pink, as in it looks very intense, but it has these very tiny gold shimmers to it, which make ita diffused golden pink. The gold in it does not shout out loud but it just enhances the pink, it makes a softer yellow pink, and not a bright hot pink. It is easier to get hot pink glosses but getting this one with some golden in a pink, very rare.It also smells like candy vanilla or something faintly.
The packaging is what amuses me all the time. These are bigger and jumbo than the other regular glosses from them. The gloss tube is heavy looking and very sturdy. Then the wand is wider and really nice, a flat wand helps the application a lot. One single swipe gives you nice color, it covers the lips well, and no issues of the wand being dipped back in to pick the color up.
The texture is on the creamy side. The texture is creamy glossy, it has this wet shine look but the best part is the fact that it gives a fuller lip look. It really coats the lips and shapes them well, unlike other thin glosses and the lips look fuller and the gloss stays put without any running. The gloss is perfect, neither too creamy, nor too runny.
The gloss wears well, around an hour you have nice color and high shine finish. You can see it for another half an hour in a slightly less intese pink and shine.I notice very very slight bleeding which is not an issue at all. The pigmentation is awesome, the color, intensity, texture, everything is great. In fact this would pass for a plumping lip gloss without the sensation. Wear time is above average.
The gloss would suit all skin tones, it can be worn during the day but it is not a casual color. It is a bright pink more suited to evenings and may be parties. But if you do not have many pinks in your collection this is a very very good buy.
