Colorbar Time Plus Long Stay Makeup- 002 Dark Beige
Hi to all the readers of IMBB 🙂

Today I will tell you about my Colorbar time plus long stay makeup base. I bought it sometime before durga puja in September and I have been using it regularly since then. Actually I went to buy lipsticks and nail polishes and even bought the triple act foundation from Colorbar but after coming home when I applied, it looked so made up and cakey that I again went to the store and exchanged it with this time plus foundation instead. The SA of the counter was really sweet though she could not help me much in selecting shades. I bought it in the shade 02 Dark beige .
Price:

450 for 30 ml (a lot of product)

My experience with Colorbar Time Plus Long Stay Makeup- 002 Dark Beige:
I was in love with the packaging at the very first glance. It comes in a pump style nozzle dispenser bottle and a small cap to it. The shade 01 was too white and 02 almost matched my skin but not the exact match. But by then the claims long stay, oil free, SPF 15 had already casted their spell on me. And I bought it without a second thought. I have a combination skin. At first I use to dot it over my entire face and then blend it with my fingers. A small amount does the work and leaves a whitish cast if not blended well. Now I generally mix it with my Lotus sunscreen Spf 40 and it gives me a subtle glow and smooth oil free finish. It really stays for long (5 hrs) without touch ups in the humid weather of Kolkata. It is a medium coverage foundation I have no scars and blemishes to cover but I need a concealer for my under eye. This is a nice foundation of course but not the best. This will work well on oily to combination skin.
Pros of Colorbar Time Plus Long Stay Makeup- 002 Dark Beige:
- It really stays for long as it claims.
- Contains Spf 15.
- Oil- free.
- Caused no break outs.
- Gives a smooth finish.
- Does not oxidize.
- Affordable.
- Fragrance free.
- Travel friendly.
- Leaves a white caste if not blended well.
- Limited shade selection.
Cons of Colorbar Time Plus Long Stay Makeup- 002 Dark Beige:
Will I purchase Colorbar Time Plus Long Stay Makeup?
No. this will last for a year even if I use it regularly. Then, I will find a new one. And coming to recommendations, if you get exact shade match then you can really give it a try.

IT~S MADE IN GREECE !!! 😛 whoa..I`m such a fan of greek mythology and literature..I think I`ll ogle this just for that – apart form that the shades are a bit pinkish that I`ve noticed in colorbar`s range ..great review- btw it has castor oil listed int he ingredients – then how is it oilfree? :/
