This lipstick is a part of my Colorbar Velvet Matte lipstick haul. Hope you have checked out reviews on the other shades from this range – Stay True, Raise Ur Glass, and Glancing Stare. Now, this is one of the n*des, a mauvy pink n*de which I think is quite a cool tone for my skin. If you have neutral skin and would like a colored n*de rather than a concealer-like n*de lipstick, this could be it!

My Experience with Colorbar Velvet Matte Lipstick Mysterious Ways:
This is a creamy matte formula, not buttery at all, but feels better and smoother than others in the range. It does not feel gritty like many other lipsticks that I would be reviewing in the future.
“Mysterious Ways” is a beautiful color, it has a milky mauve pink color to it, which almost feels like a natural lipstick on me. I have fair to medium skin with some pink to it, but still, this lipstick comes across as a cool tone on me. I like the color for a less makeup look. The lipstick has a creamy finish, but you can blot to mattify it completely.
I do wish the lipstick was creamier. It transfers very less and lasts easily for 4 hours or more. This lipstick stains very slightly, so thankfully, it does not have those “pink stain” problems. I recommend this lipstick for day or office wear for neutral or cool skin tones.
