Coloressence Pre Make Up Base Review

By Ankita M.

Hi Beauties,

I know how much we all love make up here and perfecting the art of makeup is like a dream to us. In India, we still lack many of the basic makeup products that we desire.  Some days back, I bought Kryolan TV Paint Stick, but my skin being dry, it was really difficult to blend it well and so the hunt started for a pre make up base. Inglot makeup base is highly expensive, so I tried to Google and find out for an alternative and bingo came across Coloressence Pre Makeup Base and thought this is the one I was looking for 😀

Coloressence Pre Make Up Base Review

As I had never seen it in any of the beauty stores, I decided to order it online.

My Take on Coloressence Pre Make Up Base:

I absolutely love it.  It is a gel-like formulation and feels like silicon, so buttery yet not oily. Glides into the skin like magic and the best part is that it reduces pores and does give a flawless look. The product claims “this special make up base makes your makeup truly international and flawless in appeal. It will not only create a perfect canvas to paint a flawless look, but it will also help it last all day,” and I couldn’t agree more.

Makeup Base 2

This product does what it says.  It reduces pores.  It makes the makeup stay for almost the entire day, but most importantly, it gives a special silky feeling to the skin. I am simply in love with this product.  The product comes in a 20 ml tube that is very less.  It will easily get over in a month and that is the saddest part. So, I have kept it aside to use it on special occasions only when I really have to look flawless and beautiful.

Makeup Base 1

Vitamin E, wheat germ oil, dimethicone.

500 INR for 20 ml, but I got it from an online store for 375 INR.

Makeup Base 3

Pros of Coloressence Pre Make Up Base:

  • Gel formula, so will suit all skin types.
  • Claims to have natural ingredients.
  • Excellent product, does what it claims.
  • Reduces pore size.
  • Gives a flawless look.
  • Odourless.
  • Easy to blend.
  • Shelf life of 3 years.

Makeup Base 4

Cons of Coloressence Pre Make Up Base:

  • Limited availability.
  • Very less product in the tube.
  • Price is a bit high.

Hope you liked this review.  Stay glamorous.
