Hope you all rock/ed New Year’s Eve Party! Today I’ll be sharing an Orange Lipstick that Raeesa has left for me to do 😀 I like the colour Orange since it looks so chic and this is my second Orange lipstick apart from Jordana’s Pumpkin. Lets see how the product fared for me!

My Experience with Coloressence Premia Lipstick in 216 Orange Pulp:

Packaging: This ‘Premia’ range comes packed in silver cardboard box on which all the details are printed in black. The body of the lipstick is silver with mirror effect. The packaging is sturdy enough. The cap covers the entire lipstick body and shuts with an audible click.

Colour/pigmentation: Orange Pulp is a pure yellow based orange. I like how it makes my skin look a shade lighter. The pigmentation is good. Two swipes are enough to cover the lips. The pigmentation is buildable but after 3 swipes, it starts looking cakey.

Texture: The texture is not that smooth. It feels a little rubbery if you swipe it more than twice. It’s not creamy and is a bit drying. With the help of a lip balm, you get ride of that slight rubbery feeling.

Staying Power: It stays on for 5-6 hours with fading. You have to reapply the lipstick after 2-3 hours, if you’re eating or drinking, otherwise, no need. I like the staying power of this shade!

Smell/Taste: It has a sweet smell to it, but it does not linger. The lipstick has no taste to it.

• The range is such that one will find a shade for every skin tone
• Easily available in beauty shops
• Good colour payoff
• Decent staying power
• Pretty yellow based Orange
• Doesn’t transfer easily.

Cons of Coloressence Premia Lipstick in 216 Orange Pulp:

• Slight rubbery feeling.
• It looks cakey if swiped more.

I recommend it to you, as it’s an affordable lipstick and the shade is very flattering. You only need maximum of two swipes for opaque orange lips, so lips do not feel cakey or rubbery.
