Application Tips:
Apply with a super fine, firm and synthetic angled brush. Dip the tip of the brush and coat both sides – be careful not to pick up too much product! Work quickly, as the formula becomes transfer resistant once it dries. Do NOT leave opened for long periods of time or it will dry out and you will be sad. Be sure to close the lid tightly after each use! Shade Range:19 shades.

My Experience with ColourPop Best O Creme Gel Pot:

ColourPop eyeliner comes in two forms- Gel Pot and Gel Liners. There is a wide variety of colours ranging from dark black to cool blues. Everyone can find a shade that they love from this range. The eyeliners come in two finishes – Matte and Metallic. I personally find the Gel Liners way better than the gel pots.

The packaging of the ColourPop Gel Pots comes in a sturdy glass pot with a white cap. The cap has ColourPop written on it. The bottom of the pot specifies the name of the gel colour Best O. The product comes in a white cardboard box. The packaging is very lightweight and travel friendly. The pot has a great shape to it which makes the storage easy.

The texture of the gel colour is proper matte and a bit dry. You have to use a synthetic eyeliner brush to apply it. There is no glitter in this product. The formula I feel is heavier than the normal gel pot. The texture is very dry and it can’t be blended easily since it dries very quickly. If you try to smoke out the liner with a brush, it becomes dry and crumbles. The gel pot is suitable to draw super fine line on upper and lower eye.The eyeliner is super pigmented.

Best O is a true matte burgundy. Best O is such a unique colour. It’s a perfect fall eyeliner colour. The liner is water resistant. We need to close the jar super tight, else the product gets drier. The eyeliner stays on my oily eyelids for 4 to 5 hours easily. I can easily remove this eyeliner with an oil-based makeup remover. I mainly use coconut oil to remove my eye makeup and it works really well.

Pros of ColourPop Best O Creme Gel Pot:

  • Beautiful burgundy shade.
  • Extremely pigmented.
  • Good packaging.
  • Cruelty free.
  • Good longevity.
  • Travel friendly.
  • Extremely comfortable.
  • Affordable.
  • Wide range of colours.
  • Easy to remove.

Cons of ColourPop Best O Creme Gel Pot:

  • Not a fan of the dry formula of the eyeliner. I find it hard to work with.

Do I Recommend ColourPop Best O Creme Gel Pot?
No, I don’t recommend the Best O Crème Gel Pots. I find the formula of ColourPop Crème Gel Liner way better than the pots. So I would recommend Best O Crème Gel Liner. No, I will not repurchase the Best O ColourPop Crème Gel Colour.
