I was anxiously waiting for my ColourPop order to get to me and once it reached, I was super excited! It took its own sweet time but it was totally worth the wait. Let’s get to the review of this Ultra Satin lip in the shade “Baracuda.”

My Experience with ColourPop Ultra Satin Lip Baracuda:
This liquid lip came in a unit carton and inside was this gorgeous tube with a nice silver cap. It feels heavy and nice which gives it a luxe feeling. For 6$, it is too much to ask. The cap reveals a wand with a doe-foot applicator. I am not a fan of this applicator though. I have thin lips and it picks way too much product than I want at once.
“Baracuda” is supposedly a warm, deepened rose. On me personally, it looks like a wine-toned rose. On the swatch, it is totally different. It will make a great MLBB for medium to deep skin tones. I prefer to apply it with my fingers to give it a more diffused, everyday look which otherwise looks a tad too loud.
The pigmentation is bang on. I hardly need product to get the color on. It is insanely pigmented and intense. The texture is also something that I really, really loved. The formula is just superb. It sure feels like a matte when it sets but does not feel dry on lips at all. It has a nice, comfortable feeling. I liked the ultra satin formula over the ultra matte ones.
It lasts for up to about 6 hours or so on me, with coffees and eating. However it transfers, but very minimally once it sets. Also, it never makes my lips dry at all. It leaves a stain if not removed properly.
