My Experience with Covergirl Clean Pressed Powder Sensitive Skin:

I first tried this pressed powder a few years ago when I was new to the makeup world and I was purchasing all budget-friendly drugstore products. I remember my first pressed powder was from Maybelline and this was my second buy after that.

While I was sharing the links of cosmetic products with my relative from a Dubai-based e-commerce website, I came across this product and added it to my list. I’ve finished the first one already and have used this one a couple of times, too. Probably pressed powders are the most used products from my vanity. L’Oreal Mat Magique All In One Matte Transforming Powder and MAC Pro Longwear Pressed Powder are my favourites, too.

Talking about Covergirl Clean Pressed Powder Sensitive Skin, it is a nice, decently priced product that transforms the look of your skin instantly by evening out the skin tone. It makes the skin look fresh and radiant. You have an option to choose the Covergirl Clean Pressed Powder as per your skin tone and skin type.

It is available in many shades but I chose the shade Classic Ivory as it best suitable for fair skin tone. People with warm and dark skin tone can choose other suitable shades from this range. I have normal to dry skin but my skin is very sensitive and gets rashes and allergies easily, so I decided to buy this one.

Also, it is formulated especially for sensitive skin with no parabens in it. I’m sure someone with super sensitive skin will love this as it doesn’t irritate the skin and is a skin-friendly product. It is very pigmented and provides a nice and clean finish to the skin without looking cakey.

It may look cakey on few fair skin tones if not blended properly, though. I like to apply on my bare face without the foundation and it just looks amazing. One can easily differentiate and notice a difference in the look of their skin after application. I find this pressed powder perfect for daily use.

It also adds nice coverage and sets the foundation but I always prefer using loose powders after foundation. I keep switching between the L’Oreal and this one often for a simple everyday day look. This one by Covergirl makes the skin look vibrant and is soft in texture. It blends easily and skin feels smooth after application.

It lasts for a very long time and I feel it’s sweat-resistant, too. People with oily and combination type can try this. Although Covergirl pressed powders are available in three different ranges for oily, sensitive and dry skin types, this sensitive one may be suitable for all skin types.

But people with super dry skin may or may not like this one as it feels flaky after some time of application. So moisturising the skin well before the application is the solution. I like the packaging of the compact as it comes with a powder puff and mirror as well. Even though it’s decently priced, you get these two absolutely free with the compact. Isn’t that amazing?

I always prefer using my Lottie London Kabuki Babe Brush for setting the powder but if I feel lazy and am in a hurry I use this powder puff and it works fine for me. The puff is very soft and convenient.
