Crabtree & Evelyn Floral Posy Ultra Moisturizing Hand Therapy

Hello Lovelies,

Hope you all are doing great. I realized that for  a very long time I have not done any hand cream review for you all so today I am back with a hand cream review. I am afan of hand creams and I keep one tube for the hand bag, one near my bed, one in the kitchen, one in car, and one in my office 😛 So coming to today’s product ,I have read good things about Crabtree & Evelyn hand creams before but somehow never laid my hand on them or tried them on my hands 😛 So in the USA when I was shopping like crazy in the Gilroy shopping outlets, I came across Crabtree & Evelyn and bought a lot of products from there. This hand cream was also part of my haul from there. I keep this particular tube in office, and how I like the product read on to find out.

Price: $9 for 75gm

Product claims: Our Intensive conditioning cream leaves hand feeling softer with each use. Formulated with conditioning Shea butter and Macadamia nut oil to moisturize and soften hands.

My Experience with Crabtree & Evelyn Floral Posy Ultra Moisturizing Hand Therapy:

As I said before, this is my office hand cream. I have normal skin on hands but I tend to wash my hands frequently and use sanitizer a lot, and all this makes my hands dry. So I want my hand cream to give me instant moisturization and something which is quick to absorb in skin. And this hand cream fits the bill perfectly. This hand cream is very thick in texture but gets absorbed in the skin very quickly. No need to apply and wait for it to get absorbed before touching the keyboard! There is no greasy/oily feel is left behind, which I love about this cream. The moisturization stays for 4-5 hours but most of the time I end up washing my hands before that :P. It is not an intense hand therapy, hence very dry hands won’t be cured with this. This is a good hand cream for normal skin and for daily use purpose.

Talking of the smell, it has a floral smell which is not overwhelming but I somehow don’t like this smell. It also does not last on my hands for very long This packaging is quite different than the usual tin tube packaging which other Crabtree & Evelyn hand creams have.

In totality, it’s a good hand cream for normal skin, and daily use. No fancy fragrance, just the quick moisturization is the selling point for it . Go for it if you like quick-to-absorb and non-greasy hand creams.

Pros of Crabtree & Evelyn Floral Posy Ultra Moisturizing Hand Therapy:

• Moisturizes hands instantly.
• Absorbs in skin quickly.
• Non greasy.
• Hygienic tube packaging, with flip cap so easy to use.
• Smells good.

Cons of Crabtree & Evelyn Floral Posy Ultra Moisturizing Hand Therapy:

• Not an intense treatment for very dry hands.

IMBB Rating: 4/5

  1. I keep forgetting about hand cream, that’s sad 🙁 but I think I will follow your tips and keep one near me, and I haven’t tried anything yet from Crabtree and Evelyn…..

  2. Wow… Excellent product for everyday use… I usually see that on putting on my hand cream, i have to wait sometime before i start writing anything… Or else all the papers get greasy and stained…. Will keep this in mind when i visit their counter
