Cut-Crease Glitter Eye Makeup Tutorial

Hello everyone!

This is Parul Garg again. I am back today with a fairly easy to do cut crease eye makeup with glitter! It’s not for the faint hearted; flamboyant and glamorous, these eyes are perfect to make a bold statement at any cocktails party or a night out partying with friends.

So let’s start,
As always, apply a primer to the eyelid to make the colors stand out and stay longer.

Step 1:

With a very thin eyeliner brush, draw a line on the crease line as shown in the picture.

Step 2:

Smudge this line downwards with a small blending brush.

Step 3:

Apply a light brown-orange color above the line you just smudged and blend it in upward strokes (I have used
Texture by MAC)

Step 4:

With the same thin eyeliner brush (as in Step 1), make the wing by joining the outer end of the smudged line to the outer corner of the eye.

Step 5:

Fill in the black liner in the wing area towards the centre of the eyelid as shown in the picture.

Step 6:

Fill in your favorite color in the remaining part of the lid and blend it with the black wing to ensure smooth transition. (I have used Morphe Brushes 35B palette)

Step 7:

Make a line above and along the crease line you made in step 1 with any liquid glitter liner. (I have used The Makeup Store Liquid glitter liner)

Step 8:

Apply eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye towards the outer corner.

Step 9:

Apply some loose glitter around the tear duct (inner corner of the eye) – I have used Make Up For Ever Diamond Powder.

Step 10:

Make a ‘V’ in the inner corner of the eye (an inner wing)

Step 11:

Fill the water line with the same color eye pencil as the one used on the lid

Top your lashes with mascara and apply false eyelashes to complete the look!
