Dabur Amla Jasmine Hair Oil Can Do Wonders To Your Hair!

Dabur Amla Jasmine Hair Oil

Dabur has been my most trust-worthy brand for hair oils. My chachu picked up and Indian hair oil named Indulekha from Qatar a year back and I have found nothing better than it so far; but that one isn’t available in Pakistan. This time I got an opportunity to try Dabur Amla Jasmine, Dabur Amla Cool and Dabur Vatika Black Seed hair oils. I am happy with this variant, so only this one will get the honour to be reviewed (though I had higher expectations from the Dabur Vatika Black Seed rather than this) :D. Let’s read on to see how this fared for me.

Price: QAR 11.25 for 200 ml; made in UAE (They sell really very expensive in Europe, ranging from $6-$9)

Packaging: The packaging is conventional transparent plastic bottle like all other Dabur Amla variants have. The cap is lemon green and closes tightly but the bog bottle is not travel friendly. You shall ideally pick smaller size if available and intend to carry during travelling. Meanwhile, you can seal the cap with packing/shipping tape to make it safe from leaking.

My Take on Dabur Amla Jasmine Hair Oil:

Dabur is a very trust worthy brand definitely, with a variety of hair oils with different ayurved ingredients to provide nourishment to hair in a natural way. The product description states it to be ideal hair oil for both coloured and normal hair because the oil has combined ingredients of amla and jasmine. Jasmine is just to add a fresh fragrance; actual performance to restore the hair’s health resides with amla. Coming to the appearance of oil, it is lime green in color.

With runny consistency, the hair oil carries the fragrance of Jasmine Zambak, called Motiya in urdu. The moment your pour into your palm, you will feel like surrounded by a hundred flowers or standing in a jasmine farm. But for those with sensitive noses, the fragrance is over powering.
The oil is actually quite light weight, non greasy and non sticky on hair, just like other Dabur oils. It is easily washable with one round of a good shampoo. When used, it leaves hair soft and silky, and caters to the roughness of dry hair very efficiently, controlling frizz simultaneously. This is very effective hair oil and does its job well. I have used it for two months and have observed that it reduces hair breakage to some extent, but accelerates hair length growth notably.

I have very weak hair, those are getting weaker day by day, nothing is working much, but with the use of this hair oil I have seen some improvement in overall health and texture of my damaged hair. It has restored the shine, though I can’t see any new hair growth.
My mom has dyed hair; her experience is that it increases the longevity of her hair dye. Also, she says it protects hair from dullness due to dye and prevents early fading of hair.

Will I Recommend & Repurchase Dabur Amla Jasmine Hair Oil?

Those who have colored hair might love this one more. So I won’t hesitate recommending this one but I am very much satisfied with Dabur Vatika Olive Oil right now and reluctant to switch to anything else.

Have a nice week ahead.
