Recently I got the B&B hair oil and shampoo from Vatika. I loved the hair oil a lot, but did I love this shampoo too? Well, let’s get to the review to find out.

My Take on Dabur Vatika Brave & Beautiful Shampoo:
The packaging is pretty simple and user-friendly. The white bottle has a picture of a woman in pink. This range is a tribute to women cancer fighters. There are details like ingredients and claims at the reverse-side. The bottle has a flip cap that is sturdy enough to be carried around without fear of the cap coming off.
The good part about this shampoo is that it is sans any harmful chemicals and the ingredient list is good too. It is basically a mild shampoo. The consistency is gel-like, a bit thicker than normal shampoos. It is a clear shampoo and has a nice aroma which isn’t too overpowering.
It lathers decently when it comes in contact with water. But the negative is that it doesn’t rinse oil that well. Since it is a mild shampoo, I cannot complain. But since I massage my hair with oil, it is a little con for me. On dirty, unoiled hair, it works well. It leaves my scalp clean and fresh. It was gentle on my hair as well. Since summer is almost here, my scalp gets oily quickly. The shampoo cleanses the grime and oil well.
My hair isn’t dry, but I have to apply conditioner after wash. It is a good mild shampoo which isn’t harsh at all, so it might suit most hair types. As claimed, it is suitable even for babies! On the other hand, considering the quantity, it is expensive. Wish it worked on oiled hair too; otherwise it is great.

I’ve not come across good gentle shampoos in a while. If you’re looking for a mild and gentle shampoo, then I’d recommend this.
