De Lorenzo Out of Line Styling Straightening Balm Review

Hope you all are doing great! Last month my friend visited from Australia and he got me this Straightening Balm from De Lorenzo Out of Line range. I had kept it in my dresser and totally forgot about it until recently it caught my eye. I really like the way it is named. De Lorenzo is a big name in the hair care industry. They manufacture hair care and hair styling products and the fact that their products are mostly Paraben and SLS free impressed me. They use certified organic ingredients that are sustainably farmed and wild-harvested. No animal testing is done in their products. Read below my review about this Straightening Balm from de Lorenzo.

Product Description:
Create ultra-sleek lines with this Create Straight formula from De Lorenzo. A balm that tames frizz and unwinds curls to give you super straight hair.

Directions for Use:
Apply to damp hair, an appropriate amount of product from root to ends.
Comb through to ensure even distribution.
Most effective when hair is stretched and smoothed whilst blow drying.

I got it as a gift. However it is priced at $21.90 for 200ml online.

My Experience with De Lorenzo Out of Line Styling Straightening Balm:

Frankly speaking, I didn’t really know what to do with this product when my friend gave it to me, so I had kept it unused. Recently, when I found it again, I thought of trying it out!

The balm comes in a plastic tube packaging that silver-grey in color with the brand name and product variant printed in black and green colored font. Ingredient list, directions for use and some other information is printed at the back of the tube. It comes with a green flip cap that shuts tightly making it easy to carry it around in your travel kit or hand bag.

The first thing that I noticed about this balm is its fragrance. It is a mild fragrance of watermelons and I love it. Though, the fragrance doesn’t last long on hair, I am really happy with the fruity smell. The balm is white in color with a consistency like a lotion. However, when apply to wet hair, it spreads easily like water. I use it to tame my frizzy hair after shampooing; it works well like a hair serum. I do not use a hair conditioner if I am using this balm.

It is not at all greasy or oily and imparts a subtle shine to hair after application that lasts for a day. Only a small coin sized amount is required to cover my complete hair. I have tried using it while blow drying and it makes my hair shiny and straight. It works well on my wavy hair to make them more manageable.

I am sure this balm is going to last quite some time and I am surely asking my friend to send it across to me once this tube is over. I would recommend this product to you all if you can get your hands on it!
