How to use product:
Wash your face and soothe it with toner.
Spread the mask sheet evenly over the face.
After 10-20 minutes, remove the mask pack.

My Experience with Dear Packer Home Remedy Mask Charcoal:

Packaging: These exclusive sheet masks have an amazing and colorful packaging. This sheet mask comes in a greyish colored thick foil sachet. Moreover, these sheet masks do not come in the regular rectangular packaging. The sachet houses all the information regarding the sheet mask. In addition to this, the name of each remedy is written in the center for easy accessibility. Though you don’t need to read the name as illustrations are enough to recognize the variant of remedy mask. In all, the packaging is super travel-friendly and easy to use.

Texture, Consistency and Fragrance: Unlike other sheet masks, this one is made from a black bamboo charcoal sheet. The sheet is a blend of bamboo charcoal and bamboo fiber that is naturally gentle on the skin. I have a round face and this one fits perfectly covering every nick and corner of the face. It does not feel heavy on the skin. As you can see, the mask is drenched in the essence, but somehow it is not dripping wet. This is another plus point as compared to the other sheet masks. The essence is quite slippery and thick, but not sticky. The fragrance does not resemble charcoal and it is not even anything near to charcoal. But, it is mild and subtle. Moreover, you cannot detect any when the sheet mask is on the face.

Usage/Results: I am more into clay masks but also invest in sheet masks as they are easy to carry and use while traveling. This sheet mask is also easy to use; you just have to tear open the sachet, unfold the sheet mask and place it over your face and rest for a few minutes. I kept it on for around 30 minutes and then gently pat the remaining essence on my face. Even after 30 minutes, the mask was moist enough. I used this sheet mask in the morning to observe its effect on sebum control. I was sitting under the fan when using a sheet mask. The best thing about these sheet masks is that they are lightweight and do not get dry too soon under the fan. I always keep the sheet mask refrigerated for 15 minutes prior to use. It provides a nice cooling effect to the skin. The sheet mask didn’t irritate the skin or cause any breakout. Instead, it was refreshing to use the sheet mask. After removing this sheet mask, there was a lot of essence left on the skin. However, the remaining essence got absorbed into the skin super easily upon patting.

Within few minutes, the skin was mattified without any trace of the essence. I could feel that my skin was clearer than before. There was no need to wash off the face with water as the skin was mattified. Even I continued with my regular skin care routine after using the sheet mask and without rinsing the face. This sheet mask did an excellent job in controlling the excess sebum. I felt my skin mattified and shine-free throughout the day. However, the effect didn’t last the next day. Moreover, I felt a little firming of the skin. The pores were less visible and skin was smoother.

Overall, this sheet mask is perfect for oily skin to get a clearer skin and to control excess oil, but as this range from Dear Packer depicts home remedy, using a DIY or homemade charcoal face mask for the same will be cost effective. To pamper your skin once in a while, it would be a perfect choice.
