My Experience with Dear Packer Home Remedy Mask Fenugreek + Cucumber:
What I love the most about these exclusive sheet masks is their amazing and colourful packaging. This one has cucumber and fenugreek seeds printed all over it. The sheet mask comes in a thick foil sachet. Moreover, these sheet masks do not come in the regular rectangular packaging. The sachet houses all the information regarding the sheet mask.
Although you don’t need to read the name as illustration is enough to recognize the remedy mask.
The name of each remedy has still been written in the centre for easy accessibility. In all, the packaging is super travel-friendly and easy to use.
Texture, Consistency and Fragrance:
The mask is made with a nude sheet. It is thinner, silkier and breathable if compared to the other sheet masks I have used. I have a round face and this one fits perfectly. It does not feel heavy on the skin. As you can see, the mask is completely soaked in the essence, but somehow it is not dripping wet. This is another plus point if compared to the other sheet masks.
The essence is quite slippery and thick, but not sticky. The fragrance is a mix of cucumber and fenugreek. Though fragrance is subtle, it’s not at all refreshing. In fact, it isn’t pleasant but doesn’t irritate the nose. Anyway, the fragrance cannot be detected while the face mask is on the face.
I am more into clay masks but also invest in sheet masks as they are easy to carry and use during travels. This sheet mask is also easy to use; you just have to tear open the sachet, unfold the sheet mask, and place it over your face and rest for a few minutes.
I kept this mask on for around 30 minutes and then gently pat the remaining essence on my face. Even after 30 minutes, the mask was moist enough. Usually, I use a sheet mask at night while doing some work or watching a TV series. Hence, I am always under the fan when using a sheet mask. The best thing about this sheet mask is that it’s lightweight and does not dry too quickly under the fan.
I refrigerated the mask for 15 minutes prior to the use. Before using this sheet mask at night, I was out all day, which made my skin dull and tired. Also, there was a full blown pimple under the chin along with redness and a little irritated skin around the nose. When I put the mask on the face, I felt a tingling sensation over the acne affected area, but just for the initial few seconds. After that, the sheet mask felt good on the skin and it provided a cooling effect.
After removing this sheet mask, there was a lot of essence sitting over my facial skin. The skin felt and seemed wet, but not sticky. Moreover, the essence got absorbed into the skin super easily upon patting. Within a few minutes, it made the skin smoother and velvety soft. It effectively soothed the redness of acne and irritated skin. Earlier, the skin around acne was itching a little, but after using this sheet mask, the itching was completely gone. My tired skin was freshened up and rejuvenated along with a glow.
After 20 minutes, I washed my face with water to prevent acne breakouts and over moisturisation of the skin. Post rinsing, the skin was hydrated enough along with a velvety soft finish. This mask made the skin plump and added a subtle glow to it. The effects were there the next day as well.
