Well like I said I am in a serious lip pencil phase, I picked up like a dozen of Deborah lip pencils, they have three kinds, a regular one, an extra lip pencil and another called 24ore lip pencil.The extra lip pencils are the smoothest and kind of smudge resistant and others are very regular.
This pencil comes in a simple pretty looking pencil and it has a tight fitting cap, so that the tip does not dry, the reason is the pencil is really smooth and creamy and it might dry soon, the color on application does not set to a total smudge proof but it gets smudge resistant, so you can smudge it soon after application on the lips to mix it with your lipstick.
The pencil is super duper creamy it really glides on like butter very much unlike the other 24ore one I tried.The pencil does not have a fine tip but it is alright, you can sharpen it well and it has that plastic body, no wooden.
The color is red brown more like a rust brown but on the lips it looks very brown and I often smudge it with other lighter lipsticks, so no issues.
What I am happy is that the pencil is creamy and does not tug or hurt the lips at all. The color is great for pigmented and dry lips too.It lasts forever though it does not get absolutely smudge proof. It helps the lipstick to stop from bleeding.
If you are looking for an easy to work smooth pencil then this is it but I am not at all happy with the price!! so take your call.I have reviewed the simple 24ore shade in 03 which is lighter in color but harder in texture.
