The 24 Ore Extra Eyebrow Pencil by Deborah Milano is an ultra-fine brow shaping and defining pencil. It’s perfectly curved tip and creamy texture draws incredible natural hair-like strokes that are super long lasting.

My Experience with Deborah Milano 24 Ore Extra Eyebrow Pencil 03 Dark:

Deborah Milano 24 Ore Extra Eyebrow Pencil 03 Dark comes housed in a slim pencil with the twist up brow product on one side and the spoolie on the other. There is an opaque cap on the product, and a transparent cap on the spoolie end. It is easy to use, travel friendly and good for touchups.

Firstly, I am confused by the texture. Sometimes, it feels gritty and not smooth, and sometimes it feels too creamy plus the tip tends break very easily. Even if I apply the slightest pressure, it might just break off. That’s the biggest disadvantage of using this pencil.

The color I got is 03 Dark, which is more or less fine for my dark Indian brows. It has an ashy brown undertone which might look a bit stark on pale-fair skin. I have dense bushy brows, but have a little sparse spots here and there. Also, I have a childhood stitch scar right across my brow that often makes a brow product must have for me.

This brow pencil has a medium pigmentation, so I need 2-3 strokes to get a real good coverage. For the price of the pencil, I am not really impressed. I love the Wet n Wild Ultimate Brow Retractable Pencil which is way better in quality. The spoolie helps to comb the brows and set them in place. The lasting power is pretty decent, so it lasts 6-7 hours easily. It is an okay-okay product, and I might not repurchase it.
