My Experience with Deborah Milano 24 Ore Eye Pencil #261:

The eyeliner comes in a wooden pencil form with a black coloured cap. The brand name and shade details are printed in silver on the pencil. The pencil looks sleek, light-weight and compact. There is no sharpener provided with the pencil. One thing that I do not like in these eye pencils is they do not have any names. They are known just by their shade no.

The eyeliner is emerald-green in colour. The eye pencil has very fine silver shimmers, which are barely visible but add nice sheen to the eyes. The texture of the eye pencil is less creamy. It does not glide smoothly on the lids. So, there is a little tugging and pulling of the eyelids. The pigmentation of the eye pencil is average. One swipe gives light colour. To get rich colour on the eyes, you will need to glides it again and again, which actually hurts.

The eye pencil requires regular sharpening. The tip of the eye pencil is brittle kind of and tends to break easily with a little pressure. Sharpening leads to a lot of product wastage. The staying power is 4-5 hours with little fading. It does smudge a bit. But the eye pencil is waterproof and smudgeproof up to some extent though the company does not claim this one to be waterproof eye pencil. It does not wash out with water. You will need a good makeup remover to take off the product completely.
