Deborah Milano Hi-tech Blush-58 Paprika

Recently, I ventured into yet another brand which I haven’t tried yet due to its unavailability here in Chennai. An online store had whopping discounts on makeup from Karwachauth and now I can safely declare myself bankrupt! So through my guesswork, I ordered this shade and was happy I did!

Rs. 625 (almost close to Loreal True Match blushes costing Rs. 650 )

The packaging is a nice and simple one, nothing fancy but it is functional. What amused me was the brush that tightly beneath the blush outside, not inside. The brush is a retractable one and the bristles recede, and then the brush piece goes back behind the pack,so far so good. But when I saw the bristles of the brush, I was aghast and I threw it off immediately. Hence no picture of the brush. It was horrid considering the fact that the blush costs Rs. 625.

The texture of the blush is fantastic, it is very soft and smooth, not at all chalky or gritty. The blush is way too soft for a blush as in we need to be very careful not to go overboard. You need to use a very soft brush and go very light on this as this is very pigmented.

The color of the blush is like a soft carroty orangey-coral kind of a shade. I really love this fro warmer complexions and not for pinker skin tones. I pair it up with some coral lipstick and I have a few a coral tops that match this to the T. The color has some soft golden shimmer to it which get blended beautifully. I wish it was absolutely matte though. It stays on for at least 5 hours on a foundation and then fades away beautifully.

Last word:

Apart from the brush, I love everything about this blush. The cost can be a dampener and hence I give it a 4.2/5
