I am a matte lover.  Be it lipsticks, eye shadows or foundation, I prefer matte.  Off late, I have been using the Lotus Matte foundations, but I wanted to try something new. My Take on Deborah Milano Colour Copy Foundation:

The foundation packing is sturdy with a cream-colored tube and a turquoise green cap. Its a twist open cap. This will easily fit in your vanity pouch and can be carried around without any fear or leakage or spillage.

Okay, now the shade, I picked the 02 Matte Sand which is a slightly medium shade, suitable for medium to dusky skin tones.

The foundation is the mousse type, creamy.  Only a little product actually comes out even when you squeeze it too hard, but that little amount is enough to cover the entire face.  The mousse has no smell or fragrance.  How quick does it blend, very easily. There is no hard work required in blending. It takes a few seconds and it sets nicely on the skin.

Speaking about the coverage, I would state that its average. I have plenty of acne scars on my cheeks and it does not give full coverage.

The staying power is good enough, stays around for 6 hours, which is fair enough.  I am really happy that it does not make my face look oily. It retains that fresh look for a good 5-6 hours.  It does not give that cakey, whitish look in your photographs.

  • No cakey look.

What I Do Not Like about Deborah Milano Colour Copy Foundation:

  • Nothing as such, but the price is a bit on the higher side.

Will I Repurchase Deborah Milano Colour Copy Foundation?

Yes, but this tube is going to last for another 2-3 months, as I take very little to cover the face fully.

Do I Recommend Deborah Milano Colour Copy Foundation?

Yes, for oily skinned beauties.
