I own a few corrector palettes from different brands but most of them were bought abroad, hence they all are lighter for my skin tone. This Deborah Face Perfect Concealer Palette is surely on the lighter side as well, but some basic shades like green and salmon in the palette would work for all skin tones. Read on further for more details on this concealer palette.
This concealer palette has four different shades:
- Lilac – brightens dull skin.
- Beige – corrects blemishes.
- Green – neutralises redness.
- Amber – covers dark under-eye circles.
For best results – Use precision tip to squeeze a pea-sized amount onto the fingertips and apply to imperfections or under the eyes. Gently pat and blend until desired coverage is achieved. Give your face the perfect look and glow by using this concealer. Easy to carry, it is convenient for daily use.
My Experience with Deborah Milano Face Perfect Concealer Palette:
The palette comes with four shades. They are basically corrector shades for color correcting. The salmon for under eyes has a peach-pink tone to it. It perfectly blends on the skin owing to its light texture. This gives me a clear base for topping it with a concealer that is thicker than this salmon corrector.
The green is meant to hide redness. I do have some redness on my cheeks due to skin sensitivity and overall broken capillaries. It is very light and it blends almost into nothingness hiding some redness. I would say it’s a forgiving corrector for redness and can be used for acne and redness because of sunburn as well. You can top it with a foundation.
The purple or the lilac is to hide dull skin and if you have grey tones to your skin. I don’t find much use for this shade on my warm skin tone. If you are really pale, you could try it. Again, the consistency is very light and it blends like a cream into the skin. It doesn’t really coat the skin but blends into it.
Lastly, the light yellow shade is my favourite to brighten eyes on top of a concealer. You can dab it on top of the concealer or on the inner corner of the eyes too. Being so thin in consistency, this does not trouble me with looking cakey or blending out. If you don’t set it with powder, it kind of creases slightly in three hours but even that is not a bother due to the light film it makes and blends into the skin.
Now coming to the downside, this does not match me or warm skin at all. If you are very pale, you can try it. Secondly, this will not give you any coverage whatsoever. This is so light that this can slightly alter the tone of your skin but it cannot cover any flaws. You would need to go over it with some concealer or foundation.
Pros of Deborah Milano Face Perfect Concealer Palette:
- Lightweight, not cakey.
- Blends into skin well.
- Does not crease much.
- Alters the tone of the skin which is being corrected, to be followed up with concealer.
- Soft and creamy texture.
Cons of Deborah Milano Face Perfect Concealer Palette:
- The applicator is something I don’t care much about.
- It doesn’t cover up dark circles, you need to cover it over with another product.
- Too pale for warm skin.
Would I Recommend/Repurchase Deborah Milano Face Perfect Concealer Palette?
No, I will not. It is a good palette to buy but only if you are very pale.
