My Experience with Deborah Milano Secrets of Contouring Trio Contouring Palette:

First of all, I should have picked up the darker shade, I am not happy with the potency of this product. The shades are apt on a lighter foundation on me, but I don’t find them pigmented enough. This product seems too light and soft to be a contour. This could be someone’s beginner contouring kit. Since I have used so many contouring products before, this one has turned out too subtle and soft for me. I feel I have to use a lot of this powder product to get the desired result.

The color is apt for very light skin tone, but nevertheless, it is not so impressive. The browns are so smooth that they melt into my skin rather than making a concrete impact for contouring purpose. Moreover, the highlight shade is pink toned and it hardly shows up anywhere. Even for lighter skin, I don’t believe this is going to be impressive. It barely lasts on my oily skin. The darker brown could be better if it were more pigmented. The highlight and the medium brown are quite useless. I would probably use them as a shadow or the brown could be a crease blending color for me. I will not be using this product for contouring purposes.
