I have been such a fan of these Deborah Milano solo shadows of late. The other shadow that I bought (#26) was almost like a highlighter and worked beautifully as a highlight and a shadow for the lids. This #11 Rose shade works similarly and it’s a pretty baby pink color.

My Experience with Deborah Milano Wet and Dry Ombretto 24Ore Velvet Eyeshadow 11 Rose:
This shade is such a pretty pink. It has a beautiful, finely milled shimmer to it. The packaging is so nice with the spiral pattern on it. The shadow is super smooth to touch. It is almost like a creamy powder. The finish is shimmery but it has no obvious chunky shimmer. The finish is more like highlighter sheen.
If you pat it and pack it on, it will show up more pink. If you blend, it works like an overall highlighter for lids or for the highlighting points like brow bone and cheek bone. The color can be used as a highlighter for fair skin tones.
When you blend it out, you might lose the color and also might reduce its lasting power, but I have no issues with the shadow. It works amazingly, the texture and finish is to my liking.
Pros of Deborah Milano Wet and Dry Ombretto 24Ore Velvet Eyeshadow:

- Can be used by fair skin as a highlighter.
- No obvious fall out.

- Might not last well when you blend it out.
- Everyone may not like the sheen finish it provides.
- Might prove too much for day time wear.
