DermOrganic Sulfate-Free Daily Conditioning Shampoo Review

Hi Beauties,

Sulfates and silicones are bad for your hair!!!!! This is the mantra in rage now-a-days. How true these claims are, I do not know, but I am sure no one would prefer cleaning their hair with dish washing soap. I have myself experienced the gunk and build-up which such a shampoo can leave. So, I decided to give my hair a chance with no-sulfate, no-silicone regime. While searching on the internet, I came across this product and immediately bought it with its accompanying conditioner. Today, I am reviewing this shampoo for all of you.

DermOrganic Sulfate-Free Daily Conditioning Shampoo

My Experience with DermOrganic Sulfate-Free Daily Conditioning Shampoo:

This line of products from Dermorganic contains Argan oil as their USP. They have got five products in this line: The Daily Conditioning Shampoo, The Daily Hydrating Conditioner, The Intensive Hair Repair Masque, The Leave – In Treatment and The Leave – In Shine Therapy. All have certified Argan oil from Morocco as their main constituent.  The shampoo comes in a dark amber colored plastic bottle with a pump mechanism. The pump can be twisted to Open or Closed positions, making it hygienic and safe during travel.

The product inside is shiny white in color and thick in texture. The fragrance is sweet and amazing, not cloying at all.  Two to three pumps of product are enough for my medium length hair for one wash. Considering the fact that the shampoo does not have any sulfates, still it lathers amazingly well. It is light on the hair and easy to rinse off without leaving any slimy or waxy feel on the hair.

I have normal to dry, fine hair, with slightly oily roots. I usually follow this shampoo with a conditioner from the same brand. After the wash, the results I find are very, very good indeed. The shampoo cleans my hair very well. It removes the oil from my pre-oiled hair. The hair becomes extremely soft, smooth and bouncy. It has not broken me out or caused any itchiness or dandruff in my scalp. In fact, I feel it has reduced my hair fall. The effects easily persist for 3-4 days. Though it is gentle enough to be used daily, I prefer to wash my hair twice a week. It does not weigh down my hair, rather makes my hair extremely silky and light. Although I like the fragrance of the shampoo, I am glad the fragrance does not remain in my hair for long.

My cousin, who has thick, wavy hair, also swears by this product. According to her, her hair has become very soft and smooth, and the waves are also enhanced. Since it is a very gentle shampoo, I believe it will be very good for color treated hair as well.

This is a very gentle, non-sulfate, non-silicone shampoo, which can be used daily. It is good for fine, straight, to thick, wavy hair. It removes oil well so good for oily hair types also. It is gentle enough for colored hair. It does not contain any harmful ingredients, and contains Certified Argan oil. It is a very good moisturising shampoo, which cleans hair well, without leaving any build up on scalp. 1. Anamika, I saw it on flip kart and amazon(dot) in but very pricey. One was selling it at 4k and other at 2k

      1. Hi Shilpa… Thank you . I think the prices you mentioned are for 1000ml(1 litre) bottles. 350 ml should not cost that much
