My Experience with Dessange Paris Oleo Miracle Replenishing Oil:

Packaging:
This oil comes in a sleek yet sturdy honey colored plastic bottle. It has a dispenser pump mechanism which I love as it helps to dispense only the required quantity of the product. The cap shuts tight and there is no risk of any spillage. The bottle is transparent which helps to know how much of the product is still remaining.

Texture /Performance / Fragrance:

The first thing that you will notice about this oil is its strong argan oil fragrance. I personally like the fragrance but it is definitely on the stronger side and not all will enjoy it. I would highly recommend sniffing this oil first before buying to avoid any regrets later. The fragrance remains in my hair for almost all day. The oil has a medium thick consistency and it spreads through my hair pretty easily. I typically apply it to shampooed and towel-dried hair but found that it works equally well on dry hair as well.

Though this is an oil, it does not make my hair super greasy. Instead, it imparts a nice shine and hydration to my hair. I love that my hair looks healthy and feels super-soft after I apply this oil.It manages to control some frizz but I still have some fly-aways. One con that I noticed is that this oil makes my hair greasier between washes. But I have learnt to live with that and adjust my hair wash routine as I just love how my hair looks and feels after using this oil.

To summarize, this is a good oil treatment for dry haired beauties who are looking to add some shine and hydration to their hair.

  1. I do not mind the fragrance much, but my hair care products must be able to control frizz to a good extent, all the time.
