Ingredients required: 2 apples, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 1 peeled avocado, 2 cup freshly chopped spinach, few mint leaves, 2 tsp. grated ginger. Add all these ingredients in a blender and blend until a smooth thick liquid is formed. Dilute with water. Consume daily.
3. Yummy fruity drink for nutrition and weight loss (Wednesday)
This drink is easy to make and delicious to taste. It contains the goodness of fruits which have loads of vitamins and minerals. Also, they are quite effective in aiding weight loss. Make sure you consume the freshly-prepared smoothie as they lose their potency over time.
Apple, Cranberry, Grapefruit, Orange. Put a few ice cubes and a cup of cold water in a blender. Add the fruits in the blender. Mix till a smooth paste is formed and drink it.
4. Healthy drink for glowing skin and slimmer waist (Thursday):
This organic green drink will reveal healthy skin and hair as well as help you in quickly losing the flab. This drink a day will keep those nasty pimples and unwanted fat at bay!
Ingredients required: 2 peeled cucumbers, 2 celery stalks, 2 cups of organic green tea.
Add the 2 peeled cucumbers and 2 celery stalks to the green tea. Leave it for a couple of hours. Sip it at intervals.
5. Miracle drink to tone body and reduce cellulite (Friday):
This magical drink is superb for attaining your weight loss goals, gives you a fitter toned body with lesser cellulite. It will also help you get shiny skin and hair
Ingredients required: 3 tbsp. flaxseed, water.
Pour the given amount of flaxseed in 1 liter of boiling water. Allow it to stand overnight. Strain this in the morning. Drink this daily 3 times a day before a meal.
6. Green Strawberry Skin Detox Smoothie (Saturday):
Strawberries make for a fresh breakfast and contain some surprising detoxifying compounds that make this green smoothie extra healthy. Strawberries are packed with Vitamin C that will help you detox and clear your skin. Vitamin c is actually known to be anti-aging too! So, not only will this drink clear your skin, but it will also help protect it for later. Cucumbers also flush toxins from your body and clear your skin.
Ingredients Required: 1 Cup Fresh Strawberry, 1 Banana, 1 Cucumber (peeled), 1/2 Cup Spinach, and 1 Honey To Taste, and 1/2 Cup Almond Milk or Soy Milk.
Blend in all the ingredients
Add honey if required as per your taste
7. Coconut Orange Skin Detox Smoothie (Sunday):
This is the perfect concoction to boost weight loss. Oranges contain the strongest anti oxidants to flush out toxins from your body. They are also rich in fibre and help in digestion. Fresh ginger gives this smoothie a zing with the added benefits of reduced inflammation, boosted metabolism and immunity, and blood cleansing. Spinach has rich nutritional value. Chia seeds are also major detoxifiers, binding to excess water and flushing toxins that are in it.
Ingredients Required: 1/2 Banana, 1 Orange Peeled, 1 inch Fresh Ginger, 1/2 Lime, 1 Radish
1 Tbs Chia Seeds, 1 Green leaf (spinach), 1/2 Cup coconut milk, 1/2 Cup of Water – more or less depending on how thick you like it. Honey or Stevia as sweeteners.
Procedure: Mix everything in a blender and serve chilled.
