I am here with another DOL product review and yet another Blue eyeliner ( ok, I know I am obsessed :p ) I got this along with my brush set at 50% discount. I had never used DOL products before and was a little apprehensive of using them but now I am sure I will be getting more from this brand. Read on to know how this liner fared.

My experience with Diana of London Perfect Stay Eyeliner Blue:

The colour of this liner is a very beautiful and true shade of navy blue. If you find most blues too loud or crazy then this subtle navy blue is a must for you. It adds some attention to the eyes and at the same time is not too loud. The formula is nice and creamy and is easy to apply. But it is not so creamy that it will break off and I am so thankful for that.

This pencil has a staying power of 5-6 hours easily on my eyelids and stays even longer when I use a base. I have also used it on my waterline and experienced no discomfort or irritation. It is totally smudge-proof for 3 hours. After that it smudges just a little. So I was very impressed with this eyeliner. It is also highly water-resistant and comes off totally only if you rub it rigorously. It usually stays in place even though I have a habit of splashing my face with water throughout the day.

I quite like the packaging of this eye-liner. The violet packaging is pretty cute and attractive. It comes in a retractable pencil so no hassle of sharpening. The end of the pencil is the shade itself so it is easy to spot. It also has a mention of the shade and the number.

I would highly recommend this pencil if you want a nice, not over the top blue which is highly smudge-proof and water-resistant.
