I am back here after a long vacation. So how are you guys? Today I am sharing a new DIY recipe for acne prone skin. Pimple or acne is the basic problem of every girl; mostly oily skin is prone to acne, but it can pop up on any kind of skin. So I am going to share an innovative face mask for all skin types to get a clear skin. First of all you should cleanse your face twice a day and must follow some basic skin care routine. Besides your skin care routine, you should use a face mask with some natural ingredients. It takes time, but the results are just unbelievable. To know more, keep reading. 🙂
Ingredients and Their Benefits:
Cinnamon has some secret beauty benefits. It just magically reduces pimple and acne. Cinnamon has antiseptic properties, so it helps in getting rid of skin infections. It adds a great relief from pimple pain too. And it makes skin healthy and itch-free. It actually improves the overall complexion.
Clove is strong in nature and it helps to eliminate pimples and acne. It kills bacteria from skin and makes skin clear. It comes with great blemishes clearing properties too. It peels dark spots and scars, and makes skin clear and healthy.
As a fruit, apple is really very healthy. Apples contain high fiber and antioxidants, which keep your skin healthy and moisturized naturally. It works nicely to heal skin. It maintains the elasticity of your skin and keeps your skin younger. It also can remove dullness and improves skin texture.
• Green Tea:
Green Tea is full of antioxidants. It is a great remedy for problematic skin. It works on pimple and skin problem to reduce them, and also to lighten dark spot, and to even out skin. Green tea gives an instant glow to your skin. It also works as an anti aging ingredient.
1. You should clean all the ingredients very nicely and then make a smooth paste of apple, cinnamon and cloves.
2. Take 2 tablespoon of apple paste and add 1 spoon of cinnamon. Combine the mixture together. Here I am using this small wooden spoon. So notice the measurement of the cinnamon.
3. Now you need to add again 1 spoon of Clove mixture. Mix them nicely.
4. Make green tea and add some cold green tea with the mixture. The quantity of the green tea depends on you. I don’t like to make it too runny. So I just add 2 spoon only.
5. Your pack is ready. Apply this on your cleansed face and neck. Leave it for 15-20 minutes. And then rinse with water.
Here I am using very common and easily available ingredients. All the ingredients are always present at home. I have oily skin, and sometimes it behaves crazily. When the seasons change, it turns into sensitive skin and I face some skin problem like acne and pimples. I love to try this face mask once a week. If you have heavy pimples, then you should use this twice or thrice a week. As it is already November, it feels quite dry. So keeping in mind the hydration part, I am using apple here as a great moisturizer. It makes my skin soft and smooth. And the other three ingredients are great for pimple and acne.
Cinnamon and clove a very effect for pimple. They can reduce them within few days. Also can help to get rid of redness. I can notice so many changes in my skin now. It looks more clear and fresh. Overall the face pack can eliminate pimples nicely and can give healthy, smooth skin. You should be careful about using cloves though. It has some strong properties in it, which give tingling sensation when applied to the skin. Don’t put extra amount of cloves to your face pack. It is the easiest way to get rid of pimples. This effective face pack has made my skin even and glowing. I hope you will love to try this.
