Usually, the body wrap is applied after taking a bath with warm water. Apply a generous amount of the pack on your body and massage it for 2-3 minutes. This will improve the blood circulation. Then you have to take a towel and wrap it around your body and let the wrap do its magic. Keep it for 10-15 minutes or more and then you can wash it off with lukewarm water. If you don’t want you to use a cloth to wrap, you can use this wrap as a body pack too.
