Ingredients:

1. A spoon.
2. A bowl.
3. Gram flour.
4. Honey.
5. Vitamin E oil.
6. Water.
7. Aloe vera gel.

Procedure:

Step 1: Take a bowl and add about two teaspoons of gram flour in it.

Step 2: Then, add some vitamin E oil of your choice into the bowl.

Step 3: Now, add about half a teaspoon of honey to the mixture.

Step 4: Add about one teaspoon full of aloe Vera gel and mix well.

Step 5: Then, add some water to it and mix well until you get a smooth paste.

Step 6: Apply the scrub onto your skin and leave it for about five minutes. Then, rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
