DIY – Kiwi and Carrot Face Exfoliator/Pack and Eye Mask

Hello ladies,
There is no end to everyday skincare problems. We are so busy with our work these days that it becomes really difficult dealing with each and every skincare issue. So I have come up with a DIY solution! Here’s something which can be used as an eye mask, a face exfoliator and also as a face pack.

You will need:
ingredients

Carrot:
Carrots are full of Vitamin A and antioxidants, which are very effective for various skin problems. Carrots offer great healing quality; they make skin soft and nourished. They can protect skin from the harmful rays of sun as well, offer a natural sun-block and hence used in many sunscreens too. Regular application and consumption of carrot juice can protect the skin from inside out.

Kiwi:
Kiwi has so many nutrients like Vitamin C, E and antioxidants. It keeps skin healthy and rejuvenating. Kiwis make skin young and maintain elasticity of skin with a healthy glow. They can fight skin problems like pimple, acne, excess sebum etc. Also, kiwis can help repair skin texture.

Almond oil:
Almond oil contains Vitamin E. We all know that Vitamin E is great for skin. Almond oil works as a great moisturizer, and makes skin very smooth. It is a natural whitening ingredient and can give a hydrated, fresh skin within few days. It is also effective on dark circles.

Green tea:
Green tea is full of antioxidants. It is a great remedy for puffy eyes and also lightens up dark circles. It helps to reduce acne and clear uneven skin providing a healthy glow.

Procedure:
Step 1: You need to crush some fresh kiwi and make a thick paste of that. Make sure you take mainly the middle portion of the kiwi that contains maximum seeds.

mask in a tea bag

Step 6: You can use this as an eye mask also. Here I am putting this prepared paste in an emptied tea bag. You can use any tea bag you have. Keep it for 15 minutes and rinse with normal water.

Benefits:
I have pretty oily skin and this mask suits me amazingly. It never makes my skin dry or oily. This mask helps to reduces darkness and removes tan from face and keeps skin glowing. It provides a healthy glow to my skin. It actually acts as a skin renew face mask. It also helps to reduce acne and acne spots. As a scrub, it deeply cleanses my pores and removes all the rough and dryness from skin. It decently removes blackheads and white heads and gives a smooth, clear face. As an eye mask, it just works great to brighten up my undereye area. I mostly like to use this every alternative weekend. Do try this let me know whether it worked for you.
